To save on battery life, the Bluetooth tags have not been activated yet. Follow this procedure to activate the Bluetooth tags:
STEP 1: ACTIVATE THE BLUETOOTH TAG
A short press (less than 1 second) activates the Bluetooth tag and brings it into configuration mode 1; the green LED will blink one time. Another short press will select the next configuration mode, cyclically switching between configuration modes 1,2,3 and 4. The green LED will blink 1, 2, 3 or 4 times based upon the selected configuration mode.
STEP 2: STORE THE SELECTED CONFIGURATION
A long press (minimum 1.5s) will store in the Bluetooth tag the selected configuration mode. Both green and red LED’s will flash 1, 2, 3 or 4 times based upon the selected configuration. Once the selected configuration is stored, it can no longer be changed(!).
STEP 3: CONFIGURATION MODES
Mode 1: tracking only, the button is not activated. Most battery efficient configuration.
Mode 2: tracking and additional alarm when the Bluetooth tag starts moving.
Mode 3: tracking and additional alarm when the push button is pressed.
Mode 4: tracking and additional alarms when the Bluetooth tag starts moving or the push button is pressed.
